Within this collaboration, the THY CRM Transformation Project stands as a significant testament to the evolution in customer relationship management. Mave team played a pivotal role in the project’s success by providing approximately 4000 man/day of consultancy services through IBM Global Business Services (GBS).

The project encompassed various phases including Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehouse (DWH), Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, and Real-Time Campaign Integration. We collaborated closely with the THY team throughout the entire process, starting from architectural design, data analysis, modeling, development, and testing.

The technological landscape comprised a range of robust tools including Teradata and Oracle for the database, IBM Datastage for data integration, Microstrategy for reporting, SPSS for analytics, and Unica for campaign automation. This technological infrastructure facilitated accurate and swift processing of customer data, enabling thorough analysis and strategic decision-making.
